# Console guide

> Preview available models and find controls for conversations, workflows, integrations, and your team.

Select an organization in the sidebar before making changes. If a page or action is unavailable, check your organization and ask an owner or administrator about access.

| API keys | Create, edit, expire, or revoke credentials for your application. |
| Usage | Filter activity by date and API key, and inspect interactions. |
| Credits & billing | Review the credit balance and transaction history. |
| Members | Invite teammates and manage organization roles. |
| Organization | Update the organization name and view its identifiers. |

## Models and Playground

Under **Models**, listen to voice previews or play face previews when available. A missing preview does not necessarily mean the model is unavailable.

If an available preview fails to play, choose **Retry preview** to load it again.

Deprecated models are removed from the available choices and cannot start new conversations. Historical workflow versions and session records remain available. Update a working copy to an available model and publish a new version before launching it again.

In **Playground**, choose the voice first; the face selector shows compatible choices. Open **Tools for this session** to enable connections and individual tools. Only active connections appear. See [Tools and integrations](https://docs.livefaces.ai/console/tools.md).

Start from a button click so your browser can enable audio. Use headphones for clearer conversations. For access or media problems, see [Troubleshooting](https://docs.livefaces.ai/help/troubleshooting.md).

## Account and team

Open your account menu for **Account settings**, including profile, password, and **Refresh access**. Sensitive actions may require a recent sign-in.

In **Members**, create an invitation for the teammate's exact email address and select a role. Copy and share the invitation link; creating it does not send an email. The recipient signs in with that verified address to accept it.

For usage, select a date range and optional API-key filter. **Credits & billing** shows balance changes and transaction history; use the controls available in your console for your account's billing options.
