# Your first conversation

> Try LiveFaces in the console, then build a repeatable experience.

**1. Select your organization**

Sign in to the console and select the organization in the sidebar. Models, tools, keys, and usage belong to the selected organization.

**2. Choose a voice and optional face**

Open **Playground**. Select a **Voice** and choose a **Face**, or leave **Audio only** selected. Preview available choices under **Models**.

**3. Give the agent instructions**

In **Prompt (optional)**, describe its role, objective, and boundaries. For example: “Help customers describe an order issue. Ask for the order number and summarize the issue before finishing.” Leave it blank to use the voice's defaults.

**4. Start and finish**

Select your microphone, click **Start conversation**, and allow microphone access. Use **End** when finished, then **Start another** to try different settings.

Playground sessions use your organization's usage and recording settings. Settings are locked during a conversation; end it before changing the configuration.
