> Build, test, and launch voice and digital-human conversations.

## Core concepts

| Concept | What it means |
| - | - |
| Organization | The workspace for your team, models, workflows, tools, API keys, and usage. |
| Voice and face | Choose a voice for the conversation and, optionally, a face for video. |
| Workflow | Connected steps that define a conversation, its decisions, and its actions. |
| Working copy / published version | Edit and test a working copy; launch a fixed published revision in your application. |
| Session | One live connection between a participant and your voice agent or workflow. |

Features and controls depend on your organization's access and your role.
